How The Process Work
- We met Face-to-Face & confirm your qualification and participation.
- You will receive an email & a phone call from us with an executive summary that provides general information about the investment opportunity.
- We perform all the due diligence, inspections, appraisals, etc...
- We will send you a Memorandum for your information, which contains the details about the investment. You will have 48hrs to review with your attorney.
- Money gets wire to our or your attorney office. When we close the transaction, you will receive all paperwork: Promissory note, Recorded of the Mortgage, Liability Insurance you as the beneficiary.
- We will sent you email updates detailing the process.
- We will provide conference calls for investors either monthly, quarterly, or every six months.
