15% Simple Interest

Information for Private Mortgage Lenders

We pay a loan return of up to 15% simple interest if money accrues until house sells or up to 10% simple interest monthly or quarterly payments.

There are NO commissions or "sales load" taken out of your loan dollars. Additionally, should you need to liquidate, we DO NOT charge an "early withdrawal fee" as do many banks. However, we ask that you do advise us 90 days in advance if circumstances require you to liquidate your loan. Your loan is secured by a first or second mortgage on a single family or two family home. Second mortgages are for loans of under $70,000.00 The loan on any property does not exceed 70% loan to value, and in most cases, it is much less.
